To contact the data controller or exercise a right relating to your personal data, please use the contact form and select the subject “Personal data — exercising my rights”.

The contact form may collect:

• your name, optional;
• your email address, required in order to reply;
• the subject of the message;
• the content of the message;
• technical information strictly necessary for the security of the form, where actually collected (submission timestamp, host technical logs).

The data is used solely to:

• receive the message;
• identify its nature;
• reply to its author;
• ensure the security of the form and prevent automated submissions.

It is not used for commercial prospecting, newsletters, profiling or advertising.

The processing is based on the consent given when submitting the form. The consent box is unchecked by default and submission is not possible until it is ticked.

Messages are intended solely for Clément Acar, subject to the technical providers strictly necessary for hosting, distributing and forwarding the form.

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting of the website and delivery through its content distribution network, as well as cookie-free audience measurement.
• Resend — routing of emails sent through the contact form, sending region Ireland (eu-west-1).
• Infomaniak — hosting of the publisher's mailbox.
• The site's typefaces are hosted locally: loading them involves no transmission of data to Google or any other third party.

Emails and associated contact details are kept in the publisher's mailbox for 12 months from the last exchange, then deleted, unless a legal obligation or a duly justified specific need applies.

You have, under the conditions provided for by the applicable regulations, rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, use the contact form and select “Personal data — exercising my rights”. A reply will be provided within the applicable legal time limit.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07): www.cnil.fr.

The form on this personal website must not be used to send documents, confidential information or material relating to a legal matter.

The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, an audience measurement tool that does not place any cookie, does not use any persistent identifier and does not allow tracking a visitor from one site to another. The website does not place any advertising cookie and does not load any third-party advertising tracker.

Local technical storage may be used by your browser to remember the display language you selected; it does not allow any identification and is not shared with any third party.

Messages sent through the form are not recorded in any database. They are forwarded by email and kept only in the publisher's mailbox.

The website is delivered through a content delivery network with points of presence in several countries. Cloudflare, Inc. and Resend are companies established in the United States. Typefaces are hosted locally and involve no transmission of data to Google. Delivery through this network may lead to a transfer of technical data, including your IP address, outside the European Union.
